Stephanie Norvell has seen San Diego grow since attending Clairemont High School in the 1970s.  She has also seen the home loan industry grow, while becoming one of the more experienced mortgage brokers in San Diego County.

" I started as a receptionist in a Mission Valley loan office when I was 18 ", Stephanie says.  After gaining experience in all areas of the mortgage industry, Stephanie received her brokers license in 1995 and opened Town & Country Home Loans in Ramona, serving the entire San Diego County and all of the State of California.

"We offer purchase loans, refinancing and home equity lines of credit, I still enjoy the work so much because I feel like I am helping people achieve their goals.  Conventional, FHA and VA financing with different choices of term = 30 year or 15 year are the most popular choices."

Stephanie, who has been married to her high school sweetheart Paul, for 50 years is past President of the Ramona Chamber of Commerce and has also volunteered on other local Board of Directors including San Diego Country Estates Association, Ramona Heart Murals and currently the Ramona Archway Association.
